Terms of Service

Last Updated: 29 July 2026

1. Scope of Service

The Visa Orchestrator accepts passports and related application documents for processing strictly under these terms. Any variation to these terms must be agreed upon in writing. These terms are governed by the laws of England.

2. Liability and Embassy Decisions

We utilize advanced automation and meticulous review to obtain visas matching your requested destination, timeframe, and entry requirements. However, the final decision rests entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate. The Visa Orchestrator is not responsible for authorities refusing a visa, altering the requested terms, or delaying processing.

If a visa is mismatched, delayed, or refused due to an error on our part, our liability is strictly limited to either replacing the visa at our cost or refunding our service fees. We cannot accept liability for consequential losses, including but not limited to lost income, missed flights, or non-refundable travel bookings. Claims must be submitted within 90 days of your order.

3. Document Handling

We treat your passports and personal documents with the highest level of security. In the rare event a document is lost or damaged while directly in our possession, our liability is restricted to the direct replacement cost of that specific document. We cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers, postal services, or the embassies themselves.

4. Fees and Appointments

Consular fees and rules can change without notice. If an embassy increases its fees before your application is processed, you are responsible for the difference. If your visa is refused, our service fees and any consular fees already paid remain non-refundable. For services requiring in-person appointments, you must arrive on time and follow all provided instructions. We cannot guarantee free rescheduling or refunds for missed appointments.

5. Right to Refuse Service

The Visa Orchestrator reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if a client's conduct, timeline, or requested documentation conflicts with our operational standards or legal requirements.
